Gamehaven has been a popular site for Minnesota High School races the past 4 years. Trails are built and maintained by volunteer members of the Rochester Active Sports Club. New trails are being added each year.

COURSE INFORMATION

This race course is new to the series, but not a new trail.  The Gamehaven trail has been hosting the NICA series for 3 years and is a fantastically maintained work of trail art in the south eastern part of our state.  Great singletrack, some good climbs and plenty of areas to pass the Gamehaven trail has something for everyone. Don't trust me on it checkout the Strava segments! The Sport-Expert climb will not fail to impress you. A great set of technical descending is also built into the course.  Click the links below for the race course maps.

Pre-Ride :

The course will be available for pre-riding Saturday, July 29th after 1:00 pm. There will be no pre-riding of the race courses once races have started. Riders found on the race courses are subject to disqualification in their class.

If you plan to ride at Gamehaven any days or weekends before the race please use the trail map below. It is also posted on the two trailheads. The trails are located outsider of the main camp area where there are generally scouting activities taking place. Please stay out of this area. Except for the start and finish you will be riding the race courses. Please follow the yellow arrows.  In case of heavy rains, the trails may be closed.

COURSE INFORMATION

The new singletrack trail in Lake Rebecca will follow a similar layout as the trails at Elm Creek and Murphy Hanrehan Park Reserves. The new trail system will build from beginner to intermediate to advanced, getting progressively more difficult as you bike further from the trailhead at the start/finish area. This is ideal for racing, as it provides the opportunity to segment portions of the trail for different classes and ability of riders. No matter your skill level, you are sure to be appropriately challenged. Click the maps below to see the proposed course and estimated distances for each race.

Newton's Third Law is wrong: Although it states that for each action, there is an equal and opposite reaction, there is no force equal in reaction to an attack by Gunnar Soroos. Gunnar Soroos rides for Toms Shoes Cycling Team. Gunnar Soroos is so crazy and awesome that he flips out ALL the time. I heard that Gunnar was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon Gunnar Soroos killed the whole town. My friend Oprah Winfrey said that she saw Gunnar Soroos totally uppercut some jerkface just because they opened a window. Gunnar Soroos has two speeds. Fast, and Kill! The main export of a Gunnar Soroos attack is pain. You can control how people can interact with you and your friends.
