Red Wing Classic!

Presented by Vasque Footwear
Online Registration for Sunday Closes Thursday June 8th at 8:00pm Click Here to Register
Red Wing is steeped in Minnesota Mountain Bike history.  In 1997 Welch Village ski area held the first NORBA National race in MN.  Pro racers from all over the world converged on the little Mississippi river town.  Since that time riding and racing in and around Red Wing has always been part of the community and a great destination for cyclists of all kinds.

The Red Wing Classic has much of this rich history.  Since the late 90s racers have navigated the ski trails and single track of Memorial Park.  High up on the bluff the park offers beautiful views for riders and spectators alike.  As the 4th race of the series we start to see some of the points battles heating up.   Click Here to see where you stand in the series!

This year's course will be similar to past courses.  The RAMBO folks have been keeping the course up all year and can't wait to get the riders on the trails.  Check out the courses on the event page, click here.

Register online by June 8th at 8:00pm. Day of race registration opens at 8:00 am.  Kids Comp starts the racing at 9:00am.  Take a trip down the river to Red Wing.
Online Registration CLOSES Thursday at 8:00 pm

Bluff Riders Charge Results!

What a great race!  The Bluff Riders Charge brought the heat! In more ways than one.  Great competition out there riders.  Thanks again to all the racers, volunteers, Mt Kato and families that came out to the race!
Special Thanks to Phil Carlson
Bluff Riders Charge Awards

At the Bluff Riders Charge this year overall winners received a really cool plaque made by Phil Carlson. Not only is he passionate about mountain biking, leading the Peace Coffee Team, but produces some really cool stuff from reclaiming materials that he comes across while working. Thanks Phil!

"I specialize custom, residential remodeling in the twin cities.  Many times I try to save useable things from the construction process and turn them into something beautiful. These awards we made from an old fence in Ham Lake that my client needed replaced because it was rotting and falling over.  I harvested the clear cedar planks and have made many things from them so far.  This winter we did a fundraiser with some similar woodcraft and raised over $1200 for Feed My Starving Children. "

Check out his website and Facebook page. Need some work done, give him call!

Gunnar Soroos rides for Toms Shoes Cycling Team. Gunnar Soroos is so crazy and awesome that he flips out ALL the time. I heard that Gunnar was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon Gunnar Soroos killed the whole town. My friend Oprah Winfrey said that she saw Gunnar Soroos totally uppercut some jerkface just because they opened a window. Gunnar Soroos has two speeds. Fast, and Kill! The main export of a Gunnar Soroos attack is pain. You can control how people can interact with you and your friends.
