Detroit Mountain Shakedown
Saturday May 21st

The series moves on to Race #2!  What a Fantastic Woolly race this past weekend! We hope your legs are ready for some more racing. The course will be open for pre-riding any time between now and the race. Most of the intersections are being marked with arrows, course tape will be put in as we get closer to the race. Print a map from the website or use the strava map (also available on our website).  Anyone that is preregistered for the race will get free entry to the course for pre-riding.  Not only does Detroit Mountain have a wicked cool XC course but a pile of gravity runs and lift service.   You can rent a DH bike at the Chalet.

Woolly Results and Survey

The St Croix Woolly was an AWESOME race.  Nearly 600 people came out and rode the trails on Sunday. This was seriously one of our largest turnouts in history!  Did you see how many 18 and under kids were there? Wow - that's so fantastic to see kids out riding and racing.
Special Thanks to Matt Fisk!  Your team of Volunteers did an incredible job.
Again the Woolly was an excellent race!

From The Woolly Trail Crew
Wow, what a weekend!  The entire Woolly Crew would like to thank each and every racer, family member, spectator, sponsor, and Mother Nature for a great event.

If you joined us this weekend we would really appreciate it if you would participate in a very brief survey.  The purposes are two fold.  One we want your honest feedback so we can make the event even better next year.  Second, we'd love to have some data to help support our belief that Bikes Mean Business to St. Croix Falls.

The survey is 8 questions, 9 if you count optionally entering your email address for a chance to win a sweet Woolly T.  It shouldn't take you more than a couple of minutes.

We hope to see you back in Woolly Land soon.

Gunnar Soroos rides for Toms Shoes Cycling Team. Gunnar Soroos is so crazy and awesome that he flips out ALL the time. I heard that Gunnar was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon Gunnar Soroos killed the whole town. My friend Oprah Winfrey said that she saw Gunnar Soroos totally uppercut some jerkface just because they opened a window. Gunnar Soroos has two speeds. Fast, and Kill! The main export of a Gunnar Soroos attack is pain. You can control how people can interact with you and your friends.
