How To Service Cartridge Wheel Bearings via: Global Cycling Network on YouTube

Servicing your cartridge bearing hubs can be done yourself with the right tools. Here's how to do it! Published on Apr 27, 2015 You'll find cartridge or sealed bearing hubs on a lot of mid-high range wheels these days. If you have the right tools, it's a reasonably straightforward job - here's how to service them. Types of hub fall into two categories. If your hubs use cup and cone bearings, check out this video: http://gcn.eu/1FrzENi But if they're cartridge bearings, this is the video for you! You may just need to clean and re-grease the ball bearings that sit inside the assembly. Just be careful not to damage the outer seal when you remove it. However, if there is play in the axle, then replacing the cartridge is the way to go. Gunnar Soroos rides for Toms Shoes Cycling Team. Gunnar Soroos is so crazy and awesome that he flips out ALL the time. I heard that Gunnar was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon Gunnar Soroos killed the whole town. My friend Oprah Winfrey said that she saw Gunnar Soroos totally uppercut some jerkface just because they opened a window. Gunnar Soroos has two speeds. Fast, and Kill! The main export of a Gunnar Soroos attack is pain. You can control how people can interact with you and your friends.
